AI isn’t SaaS. So we don’t price it like SaaS.
AI pricing is all over the place right now. Some vendors pitch frontier models and quietly serve open-weight ones. Some route to cheaper models under the hood to protect their margin. Many still price by the seat, as if the software were the product rather than the intelligence it spends on your behalf.
Our view is simple. Intelligence is the asset of the services firm, not something the tool provider gets to decide on your behalf. You may want the strongest frontier model for the bet-the-firm task and a cheaper route for everything else. At Jylo you get every option: run on frontier models, route by task, run entirely on open-weight models, or combine all three. The price per credit is the same whichever you choose; how many credits a job takes is in your hands.
On price, we have done the work to scale competitively as we grow. The list below is published in full, there is no inflated price with a discount waiting for whoever negotiates hardest, and we think it is the anchor for where this market settles for the foreseeable future. If you are pricing us against a competitor who routes under the hood or runs on open-weight models, select that mix in the builder below and watch the number change. If you work in a highly regulated environment, look at the on-premise option too: your own cloud, seat price only.
Our pricing is consistent across the board, with one exception: the customers who backed us early keep the terms they backed us on. I was a buyer for two decades before I was a founder, and the start-ups you back early should pay dividends to the firm that stuck its neck out for you, indefinitely. That is how you build partnerships that last decades, rather than trade them away at a renewal.

Your models, your mix
Same price per credit. You choose how many a job uses.
Open-weight models list at roughly a fifth of frontier prices per token, and the model is most of what a credit buys. Jylo lets you route by task, so the volume work runs cheap and the judgement work runs on the best model there is.

Credits relative to running the whole job on a frontier model. A credit pays for the document processing as well as the model: the layout analysis behind every citation and the document viewing cost the same whichever model answers, so the mix only changes the model’s share, taken here as 60% of a typical credit. Model prices are typical shapes from published per-token list prices (open-weight models’ median blended price is about 83% below proprietary models, BenchLM, 2026). “Routed by task” sends extraction, search and translation to open-weight models and keeps drafting and redlining on frontier models. Bring your own models, or run entirely open-weight, if that is your policy.
